The Gulf's hot, dry climate makes evaporative cooling pads a high-demand product, and India is one of the most cost-effective places to buy the machinery. Here is what Middle East buyers should check before importing.
Will an Indian machine run on Gulf power?
Confirm the electrical spec first. Most of our lines run on 3-phase 380–415V. Tell us your local supply (voltage and whether 50 Hz or 60 Hz) and the motors and controls are matched before dispatch. This single check prevents the most common import problem.
What shipping terms should you agree?
- FOB (Free On Board) — we deliver to the Indian port; you arrange sea freight and insurance.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) — we quote a delivered price to your port (e.g. Jeddah, Dammam, Jebel Ali).
Sea freight from Indian ports to the Gulf usually takes 2–4 weeks. Machines ship as crated, containerised units.
What documents are involved?
A standard export order includes a proforma invoice, packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin. We handle export documentation; you handle import clearance and any local approvals.
What to confirm before you order
- Voltage / frequency match for your country
- Production capacity you need (pads per day)
- Pad types required — 5090 / 7090 (see our 5090 vs 7090 guide)
- Installation and operator training plan
- Spare-parts and after-sales support channel
Why source from India?
